When speaking with people over the years, I have found that most are frustrated with:
-wellness products in general
In my 30 years as a health coach, I’ve learned a few things… and simply put, there are:
-things that are very hard on your body and well being
-things that are interesting to talk about… and have little affect
-and maybe most importantly is that a person can be doing many things right, and a few little things wrong… which can stop the progress in feeling better…. altogether
I took the principles that I have found to have the biggest impact on health in general, digestion, fat lose, and energy to name a few, and explain them in this video.
